A new 30-minute documentary, which marks 50 years of World Habitat's work in securing safe and secure homes for people across the world.

With contributions from housing practitioners and experts located in all five continents, the film explores housing in an era of growing inequality, unaffordability and climate emergency.

We explain how housing became increasingly shaped by global markets and investment, and look at the approaches that are already creating resilient and healthy communities, whilst mitigating further planetary damage.

At its heart, Resetting Our Course for Home is a hopeful story. We argue that it isn't too late to change direction: we have solutions to the housing crisis, and by rethinking our relationship with housing, using what is readily available to us and supporting local innovation, we can build a fairer, more resilient housing landscape and future for everyone.
