Common is a startup cofounded by Brad Hargreaves in response to housing demands caused due to changing lifestyles, higher living costs and expensive rents in New York. The initiative is based on coliving in which residents share common spaces with services and utilities taken care by the Common similar to services provided in residential hotels.
