Kleines Projekt mit privaten Apartments und gemeinsamen Wohnraum Nord Östlich von Berlin. Schöne Natur und tolle Seen leicht erreichbar.
Das Projekt folgt das Prinzip vom Cluster, wo autonome Rückzugsräume an einem gemütlichen Gemeinschaftsraum kombiniert sind.
Momentan ist ein Seegrundstück in Templin in Aussicht.
Das Grundstück muss jedoch noch von der Gruppe erworben werden und kann abweichen. Gerne nimmt die Gruppe alternative Grundstücks- oder Bestandsangebote in Betracht. Die Gruppe ist noch in Findung. Anschliessend wird gemeinsam maßgeschneidert geplant und umgebaut.
