Wir bewerben und für das Grundstück Brandenburgische Straße 15, das vom Land Berlin ausgeschrieben wird. Wir sind ein innovatives Team von Planern und Nichtplanern mit Baugruppenerfahrung! Alle Wohnungen sind belegt.
Wir planen 14 Wohnungen, einige mit Mietspreisbindung. Unser Konzept nennt sich "modulares Wohnen". Die Baugruppe gestaltet gemeinsam mit den Planern an Hand der Planungsmodule ihre Wohnungen.
