CoHousing Community in Alt-Treptow

In addition to its 65 single-story apartments, maisonettes and living spaces including a garden, this cohousing project also encompasses a large proportion of community spaces. It has shown itself particularly successful in creating a sense of community. In one of the project's most special features, it is nestled alongside the former railway embankment that today serves as a greenery-filled pathway connecting the Stadtpark around the old Görlitzer Bahnhof (Kreuzberg) with the Plänterwald and the eastern stretch of the Spree River.
