The Büro für Projektentwicklung ("Office for Project Development") offers experienced counsel, facilitation of the development of a group philosophy, and supervision of the building process, mentoring clients from the first seed of an idea to its full-grown completion. Some of its focal points are the dynamics of living together, the use of renewable energy sources, socially-minded organizations, and the use of preexisting buildings.
