Wir haben das Grundstück Ende September 2018 erworben. Geplant ist der Bau von 9 Wohnungen mit Größen zwischen 60 und 110 qm, alle mit Südbalkon oder Südterrasse. Angestrebt wird der Passivhausstandard: hochgedämmte Gebäudehülle, Fenster mit Dreifachverglasung, Lüftungsanlage mit Wärmerückgewinnung, Fernwärmeanschluss. 

Es wird einen kleinen Gemeinschaftsgarten und einen gemeinschaftlich zu nutzenden Raum im EG geben. Baubeginn ist im Sommer 2019!
