Baugemeinschaft Rinkart18

Im ruhigen & grünen Stadtteil Baumschulenweg hat die Baugemeinschaft Rinkart18 in den Jahren 2015-2016 ein 4-geschossiges Mehrfamilienhaus mit 18 Wohnungen realisiert. Auf dem ca. 1.400 m² großen Eckgrundstück wurde ein Haus im KfW 70-Standard (EnEV 2014) gebaut. Mit Wohnungsgrößen zwischen 54 m² und 140 m² wurden optimale Voraussetzungen für Generationen übergreifendes Wohnen geschaffen.
