Baugemeinschaft Czarnikauer Str. 16

Im "Nordischen Viertel" im Prenzlauer Berg bauen entstand auf einem zwischen Arnimplatz und der Bösebrücke an der Bornholmer Str. gelegenen ca. 600qm großen Grundstück den Neubau eines familienfreundlichen Mehrgenerationenwohnhauses. Die Wohnungsgrundrisse und -größen wurden individuell nach den Vorstellungen der zukünftigen Nutzer gestaltet. Die Baugemeinschafts-GbR wurde nach Baufertigstellung in eine WEG überführt. Im Erdgeschoss des Neubaus wird ein Gemeinschaftsaum für die Bewohner des Hauses sowie für nachbarschaftliche Aktivitäten entstehen.
