Who is behind CoHousing Berlin?
Not only are CoHousing Berlin's two cofounders, Michael Lafond and Winfried Haertel, engaged in cooperative forms of living on a professional basis, they also live it out on the private level. They are convinced that cohousing offers the best and most innovative possible concepts for societal coexistence within today's urban context and hence also for the cities of tomorrow. In their strong respective emphases on both theory and practice, their collaboration brings together the best of both worlds.
